Shipping - Retail (Non-Wholesale) Orders

Candle orders ship out the next business day. In peak periods, this might increase slightly.

Pura orders ship out in 2-3 business days. In peak periods, this might increase slightly.

Most shipments are sent UPS Ground, but sometimes other carrier services are utilized. 



Shipping - Wholesale (Non-Retail) Orders

Candle and Pura orders ship out 7-10 days from receipt of order.

We produce and ship wholesale orders once per week, usually Tuesdays or Wednesdays for orders received the previous week. Therefore, an order placed on a Monday would wait for the following weeks production and might not ship until that Thursday (about 10 days later). This is the longest a wholesale order should take to ship barring any backordered items.
